Rick and his crew did a great job on an exhaust fan install and hood cleaning. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They cleaned a hood that had not been serviced in a while and got us up and running quickly.

Rick and his crew did an incredible job on our kitchen exhaust system and at a very fair price as well! Our previous service company was not doing a thorough job and Centex made the entire system look brand new. My Chef is over the moon! Everyone on crew was very professional and up front about what was necessary to get the job done before starting, and followed up the next morning as they work late into the night. We are now asking Centex and Rick Doria to be our exhaust maintenance company for our other restaurant in town.
